Failure #1 - white grout. Should have gone grey.
Failure #2 - about 1 inch of grout around the drain. Should have cut up some tile to fit in there.
Later on in the construction, I did end up scraping out the white grout (boy that was a pain)
and also cutting up some pieces of tile to fit around the drain.
